Fixed: Remote control screen for ended calls staying on for some users who are logged into multiple devices
- The stale remote control call screen may occur when the app that is in the Remote Control mode, loses connection to the internet before you end the call on the other device
- This can happen when your device goes to sleep, the internet drops, etc
- We’ve implemented a check when you come back to the app that auto-closes the remote control call screen if the call is already ended

Adds support for claiming conversations
- Claiming a conversation marks the conversation as claimed by you and removes every other user from the conversation.
- The "Claim Conversation" button will appear under the "Conversation Settings" page if a conversation is claimable.
- When the claim rule is set to "required before replying", messaging will be blocked until one of the users claims the conversation.

New Feature: Manual Availability
For companies with Agents or users rostered on changeable shifts, the new Manual Availability mode allows users to manually set their availability status.
At the start of a shift, the user can set themselves as Available, then set themselves to Offline at the end of their shift.
